Dimplex Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dimplex
Customers Fault Description : When you want to turn on the unit with the remote it clicks unit goes on then stops
With out the remote unit runs well manually
But I need the remote to work because unit is on top of the door
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dimplex remote arrived safely from Kettering and on testing was found to have a sluggish button response, in particular the left button was non responsive.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
