Customer's Fault Description
cables have detached from the connector to the 9v battery. Also missing a battery cover.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Kinder gas fire remote arrived safely from Enfield and on inspeciton the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available)
The battery cable was found to be damaged, a replacement cable was fitted as well as all 4 buttons, this restored full functionality.
