Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not work with the unit at all. Tried new battery, but it still doesn't work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Cooker hood remote control arrived safely from Winsford and on testing was foudn to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
It is possible that an incorrect battery was fitted in this item which is a common problem. This remote requires a CR2032. A CR2025 and CR2016 will fit but not power the item correctly. A Duracell CR2032 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
If the item still does not work with the cooker hood then it may need either pairing or it could be a fault with the hood itself.
