Infinity 890 PC Remote Repair Details

Model : 890 PC

Customers Fault Description : The serial number for the Infinity fire is: serial number is NF1000077
The battery section of the remote control seems to have been subject to a small amount of corrosion and the small plate which provides a point of contact between the battery and the main body of the control is now detached.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Fireplace remote controller arrived safely from Newcastle upon Tyne and on inspection was found to have a detached battery terminal.

The terminal was securely refitted which restored full functionality.
