Just not working after not being used for a while.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The controller was then tested over a 3 day period with no fault being found.
The customer is to test the remote again with new quality batteries on return, if the heater still doesn't respond if is most likely an issue with the heater itself.
