Velux Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Velux

Customers Fault Description : Blanc screen. No signal.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux remote arrived safely from France and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
