Customer's Fault Description
Both raise and lowering buttons for the back rest are inoperative. These are the most used. The other buttons are ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Hulsta remote arrived safely from Edinburgh and on inspection there was contamination over the button array (see image).  This was causing a resistance to some of the buttons. 

THe PCB and button contacts were cleared of all contaminants.
