Customer's Fault Description
Keyboard of Beo4 stopped working suddenly. Whichever button I press on the keyboard, the Beo4 remote screen shows "TV".
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be stuck in TV model.

On opening the button array had signs of contamination (see image), this was cleaned up especially from the edge connector.  When re-testing the control would respond on all buttons as per normal operation.
