Customers Fault Description : The up button doesn’t seem to work. The down button clicks and seems to be working but no click for up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Sleepsecrets remote arrived safely from Romford and on testing was confirmed to have a sluggish button response.
Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
