No longer works, even with new batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Falmec Cooker hood remote controller arrived safely from Reading and on testing was found to be dead and the battery compartment was found to have suffered a battery leak / corrosion.
The remote was opened by peeling the facia off (this has caused some unavoidable marking - see testing video). The battery block was then replaced which restored full functionality.
