Customers Fault Description : 8 core cable damaged. Outer shroud has come off leaving wires exposed.

This Celebrity recliner chair remote arrived safely from Essex and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.
A straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
