Customer's Fault Description
Replaced batteries in both remote and power pack but doesn’t light. Can light manually. Where we bought the fire thinks it could be sensor in handset.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Mertik Maxitrol Gas Fire remote control arrived safely from Leeming and on testing was found to be dead.

The battery cable and 7133 regulator was replaced which restored full functionality.
