Faber Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Faber
Customers Fault Description : Neither of the buttons are working.I have tried new batteries but still not working. Model is the same as your illustration.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Faber Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Swadlincote and on testing was foudn to be transmitting on each button (see testing video).
The signal was slightly low in strength but present. The signal can be increased by changing the battery source power to a 12v equivalent but as the remote is technically transmitting this was not done.
This item has been classed as no fault found, the customer is to check the receiver (some receivers include batteries which may need replacing)
