Customer's Fault Description
Fire will turn up but not down , transmitter show it’s transmitting but receiver light does not show
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting and receiving on both the up and down channel as per normal (see testing video)
The control and receiver was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated. The items were then tested over a 2 day period at random intervals without and issue being seen. These tests were carried out at close range and at a distance of 10 foot apart.
This has made a repair not possible as without seeing a fault its impossible to know which item / component could be a cause.
