Customer's Fault Description
Short circuited - infra red does not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening the battery compartment the supplied batteries were found to have been inserted incorrectly (see image), as a consequence they had been drained.
When replacement batteries were fitted correctly the remote was found to be functioning as normal on each button press.
This item has been classed as no fault found, a set of new batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
