nothing works with the remote control.
But the treadmill works manually
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This treadmill remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The supplied battery was found to be a cheap CR2025 battery which "could" possibly be the cause of the issues encountered by the customer.
A Duracell CR2032 battery will be supplied fitted on return. If the remote does not then effect the treadmill then it may be an issue wit the receiver.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
