Ventaer Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Ventaer

Customers Fault Description : Remote appears to have stopped working, and in attempting to see what was wrong with it, I've broken one of the battery contacts...

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Vantaer remote arrived safely from Windsor and on inspection one of the terminals was confirmed to be missing.

A replacement terminal was fitted which restored full functionality. (see testing video)
