Customer's Fault Description
Recently stopped working, batteries changed but still not working. Remote was chewed by my daughter's dog some time ago but it still worked until recently.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the case on the remote was badly damaged. On testing no signal was being transmitted from the handset.
This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
A replacement case was fitted as we had a spare.
