Velux Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Velux

Customers Fault Description : Remote is completely dead, changed batteries no avail, unable to purchase a replacement online. Specs are: 3LR A01 WW TYPE 869028 01 16AS04KA

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Skylight remote control arrived safely from Twickenham and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to corrosion in the print causing an open circuit, once the print was reworked full functionality was restored.
