The button to bring the loft down is no longer working. The retract button works but can be temperamental
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dimes Le Scale loft ladder controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response.  Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
