Customers Fault Description : Symptoms are low bat indicator and no comms to fire, it started as intermittent but is now a hard fault.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gazco Gas Fire remote arrived safely from Portsmouth and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator.  

A replacement battery cable and regulator was fitted which restored full functionality.
