Customer's Fault Description
On and off buttons not working but brightness control buttons seem to work when I test on IPad camera
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dimplex coal effect fan heater remote controller arrived safely from Swansea and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response.

Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the buttons.  The back casing was also replaced due to cracks in the casing. 

Full functionality was restored.
