Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Air con remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening a large mass of corrosion from liquid contamination was found over the button array (see image). The print was reworked as there were a few open circuits.
Unfortunately the reworked print did not rectify the issue. It was concluded that the issue is with main IC which sadly makes a repair not possible.
This item was disposed of as per the customers telephone request 2md Feb 2023
