Legend Fires Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Does not turn fire on.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Retford and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.

On testing the button response was sluggish, all 4 buttons and the battery cable were replaced which restored full functionality.
