Customer's Fault Description
Orange squash spilt onto the device. Incident occurred recently, and the remote itself is no longer working (screen not turning on, buttons not functioning).
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrivesd safely from Harrogate and on opening there was a small amount of sticky substance on the PCB and also on the screen cable connector.  The PCB and connector was given an alcohol clean.

When tested the remote was fully functioning.
