Customer's Fault Description
Remote for 583-R works intermittently and requires several button presses before it will switch on.
The red LED light only flickers and not very bright.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Burley remote control arrived safely from Staffordshire and on testing was found to have an erratic button response. (it would repeat transmit instead of the normal single blip transmission on a button press)
The button was replaced which restored full functionality, the red LED was found to be fine and its illumination level is normal.
