Customer's Fault Description
After dropping remote on timber floor the buttons for controling the gas on & off not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.

The battery cable was also replaced as it had a slight tear in the wire inside.
