Customer's Fault Description
faulty worked when we bought it but the battery terminals need attention I think.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote controller for auto roof lights on a camper arrived safely from Two Dales and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to on of the terminals being desoldered from the PCB (it had cracked away from the terminal).  The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality.  Spacer pads were glued under each of the button caps due to needing to be pressed hard to activate.
