Customer's Fault Description
Usually very difficult to register with the base unit, I can stand there double pressing the on button a dozen or more times, and use the reset procedure (can't recall which two buttons, but try a few). Once the remote registers with the base unit,both "all forward" and "all reverse" work fine, but the lower right hand button (right reverse) does not seem to work. As the reverse works with the "all reverse" button, I am suspecting it to be the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control for Caravan mover arrived safely from Holmfirth and on testing was found not to power up.
This was due to corrosion spots in the print which also was causing the bottom left button to be non responsive.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
