Customer's Fault Description
Remote is receiving power and the foot rest button works, however, the button which raises the chair to assist with standing up does not work. This was sudden rather than intermittent from what was explained to me.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner chair remote arrived safely from Great Yarmouth and on inspecion the buttons were slightly worn and the cable was badly damaged.
A straight cable was fitted and replacement conductive pads glued into place under each of the main buttons.
