Remote Fixer Repair Response
This chair remote arrived safely from Eastbourne and on inspection had signs of being opened prior to arrival with us.
The button contacts were totally worn to the point that no conductive material was on the pads (see image) also the cable was damaged.
Replacement conductive caps were glued under each of the worn buttons and a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
