Focalpoint Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Focalpoint

Customers Fault Description : Stopped working replaced new battery from b@ q. Still dosnt work been fine before

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Focalpoint remote arrived safely from St Helens and on testing was found to be dead.  

This was due to a deformed battery terminal.  The terminal was repaired which restored full functionality.
