THE UP BUTTON DOESN'T WORK, THE RECIEVER RECIVES THE SIGNAL WHEN USING THE DOWN BUTTON SO IT MUST BE THE REMOTE
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing it was found that the down button (not the top) was resulting in no signal being emmited.

This was due to a faulty 40khz crystal, this was replace which restored full functionality.
