Customer's Fault Description
It seems to only work intermittently,i have replaced batteries in remote and receiver several times but the flashing battery symbol seems to always flash as tho the battery is dead? I have also reset the receiver many times but still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace remote arrived safely from Callington and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator. This low power was causing intermittent signal response.
This was due to a faulty regulator. The regulator and the battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
