Customer's Fault Description
Orange wire broken at entry to remote control which seems to have resulted in the chair not working at all. As far as I can see no other wires are damaged or broken. I’m not aware of any buttons not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Celebrity recliner remote controller arrived safely form the West Midlands and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.  A replacement straight cables was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).
