Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : On button fully working Off button negative

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote arrived safely form Dewsbury and on testing was found to not respond from its down button, no signal or light.

This was due to a faulty button.  Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
