Customer's Fault Description
There seems to be a battery issue. I have inserted a brand new battery and the low battery signal still flashes on the screen so I cannot use my fireplace. Also there is a lose wire from the attachment that connects on to the battery
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace remote arrived safely from Manchester and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable and faulty regulator.
Both were replaced which restored full functionality.
The customers supplied battery was drained due to the faulty regulator / cable.
