Customer's Fault Description
Wires for connecting unit to gas fire have become detached. Two to the white connector to the unit and one to the pink crocodile connector. Is this something you can assist with. I can sent photograph if you wish
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This receiver arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged socket and the connecting cable to the motor was severed.

We can replace the socket on the receiver and test functionality but we cannot supply the replacement cable (these  are priced at around £20 themselves)

The customer is to check if they wish to order the cable themselves you can find them here -  https://ebay.us/7EOwap - Please check with the seller for details, it looks as though this cable comes with 4 connectors which allows it to be connected to more heaters, obviously only the two that fit your heater will be required to be plugged in.

The customer confirmed for us to repair the socket on the receiver which was carried out nad then tested as working as normal.
