Customers Fault Description : Remote control wire damaged. This is for the massage function

This Riser recliner chair remote arrived safely from Bromborough and on inspectio nteh cable was foudn to have a couple of damage points to the outer sheath. The Internal wires were measured as continuous.
After talking to the customer it was decided to replace the cable, a striaght cable was fitted.
