Customer's Fault Description
I have a Paragon Focus RS Plus Remote Gas fire and the remote is not responding to power the gas fire. I have changed the batteries in the remote and gas fire and still no luck. All the buttons respond by orange light flash but when I do the phone camera check i get nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. The battery cable and all 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
The battery housing was missing a few retaining clips, replacements were glued into place.
