Dru Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dru

Customers Fault Description : The remote stopped working and upon opening up the battery compartment it appears that some wiring has came loose.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dru Gas Fire Remote Control arrived safely from Carlisle and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable meaning the remote was dead.

The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality (see image)
