WORKED ONCE THIS WEEK BUT CANT GET IT TO FIRE IGNITION AGAIN
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Flambeau remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced).
On testing the remote was found to transmit on each button press as per normal operation. The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The controller was then tested over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
Without finding a fault with the remote it is likely that the receiver / battery in the fireplace is at fault.
