Adjustamatic Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Casing has come away from wiring. Spoke on the phone and understand that a straight wire had to be put back.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Adjustamatic Handheld remote for recliner chair arrived safely from Hassocks and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable at the remote entry point.
The cable was cut back and refitted effectively bypassing all breaks / damage.
