The screen doesn't work, old batteries had leaked .

Its paired with a window and outdoor electric shutter that are hard to access, would be great to have it repaired without resetting and losing the existing pairing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Velux remote arrived safely from Wimbledon and on testing was found to have a blank illuminated display.
This was found to be due to corrosion spots in the print caused by contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
