Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : The blind does not respond to either to either remote apart from a small click of recognition.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two remotes arrived safely and on testing were found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
If the receiver is "Clicking" in response to the remote then this is not a remote issue as the receiver is acknowledging the remotes signal.
These items are classed as no fault found.
