Remote not working. Stove working fine and lights from the control panel. Stopped working when I dropped it on a hard floor 🥲Tried changing the batteries - no joy
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas fireplace stove remote control arrived safely from Holywood and on testing was found not to transmit a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
