Customer's Fault Description
I cannot get the remote to pair with the air conditioning unit.
The unit is fitted to the roof of a pop top caravan which is new to us. It is a Jayco 2017 model.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Air conditioner remote control arrived safely from Australia and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation. The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The controller was then tested over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
