ATC Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : ATC
Customers Fault Description : It seems that the Tuner button is permanently on, I have stripped and cleaned but it’s just the same.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Pre amp remote arrived safely from Reading and on testing was found to be transmitting as normal on each button as per normal operation.
The codeset being transmitted was found to be unique for each individual button as normal.
As no fault could be replicated this item has been classed as no fault found.
