Customer's Fault Description
The remote has stopped charging,even when it's plugged in I can't get the bed to function.

This Legend remote arrived safely form Blackpool and on initial testing the charge port was found to be functioning as normal (the charge ports on these are notoriously bad and known for breaking off).
It was only after talking to the customer to recommend changing the battery on return that it was noticed that the battery terminal was contaminated and corroded (see image), this would cause an issue with charging as a solid terminal connection would not be possible.
A replacement terminal was fitted and a replacement rechargeable battery was also supplied.
