Not working; Old Batteries replaced with new……still not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor remote arrived safely from Grimsby and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
The code being transmitted was confirmed as correct.
The customer is to ensure that decent quality brand new batteries (Duracell, Eveready) are fitted on return, failing that it may be an issue with the heater itself.
